Oath:

I swear by and take as witness, my ability and my judgment—be they in accordance. To consider dear to me this art and to live in common with it and, if necessary, to share my goods with it;
to look upon his children as my fellow brother, to teach them this art.
I will prescribe regimens for the common good according to my ability and proscribe those, which, act to obstruct it in according to my judgment.

I will not conform, conjure, commit, or command any agenda, including the procurement of riches beyond the means of personal necessity and sustainable growth, and, similarly, I will preserve the purity of my life and my art by ceasing both lest the two be wed.


If I keep this faith oathfully, may I enjoy my life and practice my art, respected by all men and in all times; but if I swerve from it or violate it, may the reverse be my lot.
